Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final.

Once access to a template has been provided, refunds cannot usually be issued.

Eligible Refund Situations

• Duplicate purchases occur

• A technical issue prevents product access

• The purchased product cannot be delivered

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Lack of software knowledge

• Failure to review product information before purchase
